Word Wall  in Our Classroom   

These are the words that are on our word wall. 

They are the Pre-Primer and Prime Dolch Words. We have also included the Grade One words as many students were advancing their sight vocabulary and reading these words too. These are the small cards we were sending home weekly to practice.

  You can make flash cards at home to help your child practice or just have them read as many as they can from this list and then only make flashcards for those they don't know. This is also the list that students use to help themselves when writing in their journal. Feel free to make a copy or to leave it up on the screen when your child is writing at home.
