Money Poems

Nickel, nickel                               Dime, dime
Thick and fat                               Little and thin
Your worth five cents                   I remember
I know that!                                  Your worth ten!

Quarter, quarter                            Loonie, Loonie
Big and bold                                 Is a golden bird
Your worth twenty-five                  It’s worth one dollar
So I am told!                                 So I have heard!

Toonie, Toonie.                             Penny, Penny
Two colours I see.                         easily spent
It's worth two dollars.                    copper brown
The most a coin can be!            and worth one cent!
